For over 20 years we have dedicated much of our time and energy to advance the cause of injured persons, promote the fair and efficient administration of justice, and improve our advocacy skills. We are active members of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association, the Rex E. Lee Inn of Court ,and are supporters of other consumer advocate groups such as the Utah Citizens Alliance. We are also committed to upholding and defending our clients' right to trial by jury. Gridley, Ward & VanDyke represents clients in all Utah State and Federal Courts. We have also litigated cases in Arizona, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada and have associated counsel in those states to allow us to assist our clients who may have been injured out of state.

Over the past 21 years we have litigated, tried or settled hundreds of personal injury cases many of which have resulted in six and seven figure awards. Our firm is part of a team of lawyers who obtained the largest personal injury award in Utah's history for our client, a-ten-year-old brain-injured boy. (Gallegos v. Dick Simon Trucking $16.4 million jury award, November 2001).

During the 1990's we also obtained what was then a Utah record verdict of $6 million for a seriously injured railroad worker. We are committed to helping injured people by providing the legal expertise necessary to  successfully litigate our clients cases and obtain the recovery they deserve. We believe that injured persons need experienced legal representation to level the playing field with today insurance companies.

Our firm is made up of four lawyers, three paralegals, and other staff members who enjoy helping injured people.
