
Mr. Gridley was born and raised in Ogden, Utah where he graduated from Ogden High School in 1946. After high school he and a number of classmates joined the armed forces. Mr. Gridley became a paratrooper serving with the 504th Parachute Infantry Battalion. Upon his return from the service he attended Weber State University and The University of Utah where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1954. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1955 and practiced in the Ogden area since.
Mr. Gridley has served as an assistant Ogden City Prosecutor and deputy county attorney. He handles general law areas, concentrating in domestic relations law and criminal defense law. He is a member of the Utah State Bar Association, The Weber County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in the state of Utah.
He and his wife Chyrrel have three children and eight grandchildren. His hobbies are golf, golf and golf with an occasional travel thrown in.
